Dubai Customs Client Code
If you want to import or export goods to Dubai, then your company must be registered with Dubai Customs – and that means obtaining a code for the clearance of goods. In order to obtain this code, your business must hold a valid trading (or commercial) license.

(IOR & EOR)
is an entity or an individual who is accountable for all entry and exit related documents required by customs, looks into the product classification and payment of duties/taxes and fulfilling any other import or export obligations. When a company is importing goods into a country where it has no representation and/or it wants the asset to remain the property of the exporter/shipper/origin company.
IOR & EOREmirates Conformity Assessment Scheme (ECAS)
The ECAS prescribes requirements for quality and safety for regulated products including Cosmetics, Perfumery, Personal Care and Food Contact Materials designated for consumer use. The ECAS certificate is proof that the product has been approved by the UAE Federal Government through MoIAT (Formerly ESMA).
MoFAIC & eDAS Services
Please note that effective from 1st Feb 2023 for all import shipments to UAE local market commercial invoices must be attested by MOFAIC (Ministry of foreign affairs & International Cooperation) via their own online website. All goods imported into the UAE with a value of over AED 10,000 must be accompanied by attested commercial invoices.
MoFAIC & eDASConsumer Products Import & Re-Export Permit (CPIP)
This service enables the customer to request for Import, The Importer (Consignee) draft an application for his new consignment. During this process, the consignee fills all the required data including all items in the consignment, When the consignment arrives at the port of entry and cleared from customs, the consignee attaches bill of entry to the drafted application, submit and Pay for the application.
Consignment Release Permit ZDLM
This service enables the customer to obtain an approval to release food consignment from Dubai ports for Local Market consumption, where this service is mandatory and eligible by food traders. This service is provided by Food Control Department.
