Why do you require Commercial Invoice Attestation (via eDAS) in MOFAIC ?

Please note that effective from 1st Feb 2023 for all import shipments to UAE local market commercial invoices must be attested by MoFAIC and eDas Services (Ministry of foreign affairs & International Cooperation) via their own online website. All goods imported into the UAE with a value of over AED 10,000 must be accompanied by attested commercial invoices.

It will take only less than 24 hours.

What would happen if my shipment arrived in UAE without attestation from MoFAIC ?

Failure to comply will result in a fine of AED 500
